Analyzed and evaluated 60-100 daily consumer credit offerings totaling $210,000 - $350,000 in decisions, making consistent and effective decisions that were mutually beneficial to Ford Credit, Ford Motor, our dealers and customers. Gained experience with consumer protection laws and managed a risk portfolio specific to each dealer and performed credit investigations to identify potential fraud and misrepresentations.

Worked on a daily basis to manage individual work queue of 60+ accounts to maintain monthly gross credit loss budget of $100,000 - $150,000. Remedied accounts by means of collecting up-to-date payments, extending accounts, charging off small balances, repossessing units, and skip tracing customers when needed. Educated customers on simple interest financing as well as ramifications and credit impact of being past due on their accounts.
