I have experience working on a wide range of complex and successful planning projects. Our clients include both public and private sectors, and range from small one-acre infill development sites to large 36,000 acre master plan communities. I am involved in various aspects of community planning and urban design, including: development of the project vision, site analysis and design framework, project feasibility, illustrative site planning, entitlement documents, and community outreach. I have knowledge and experience applicable to projects throughout the planning and design process, from conceptual land use planning to intricate architectural site plans. I have a firm grasp upon the opportunity and constraints of a variety of residential product types aiding in the implementation of creative land planning solutions. In addition, I have continued my education and interest in sustainable growth as a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialization in Neighborhood Development.
