Education Partnerships Manager
Current• Support school districts across three states (Washington, Oregon, and Arizona) with social-emotional learning (SEL) initiatives and program adoption• Establish and maintain state-level partnerships with aligned organizations• Enable key state-level and federal policy and advocacy goals • Support the review, purchase, and implementation of Second Step programs, with a focus on developing educator and community buy-in• Ensure customer success by collaborating with support teams: program pilots, onboardings, trainings and ongoing support throughout the school year• Facilitate webinars, district/school staff trainings, and client/committee meetings via web platforms including Zoom and Webex• Exhibit and present at regional/national education and SEL conferences • Support family and community engagement and understanding of SEL programs and key objectives • Successfully respond to anti-SEL pushback in districts facing political opposition to SEL programs• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal legislation and trends within the territory to better support clients as well as identify new funding streams for school districts
