Casey Falkowski is a Software Developer and Consultant at Atomic Object. Colleagues describe them as "Casey is the type of learner I want to emulate. Since we've become colleagues, I've noticed Casey apply his clear love of learning in and outside of his development job. He asks great questions and really listens to the answers. I've seen Casey experiment with how he wants to design his life, try things outside his comfort zone, and grow as a professional. While I can't speak to what I'm sure is a great project experience working alongside Casey, I can say this: When a few of us went mountain biking, I loved getting to see Casey enthusiastically fall and equally enthusiastically get back up to try again. He approaches new experiences for all they have to teach him, and it's clear he learns quickly that way. In a company culture that sometimes suffers from self-consciousness and fear of looking foolish, this is a superpower."
