This was a unique opportunity to work with the founder of this digital art collection from Milan, Italy who was preparing for the opening of his brick-and-mortar gallery in the Great Neck region of Long Island.Using Art Galleria software, I organized and cataloged his expansive inventory of paintings, sculptures, and jewelry, created a floor sheet, and generated a PDF catalog and artwork cards of selected items. I also collaborated with the marketing and advertising team on design, printing, and distribution of marketing collateral.

The CEO of Clipmedia also owned this independent record label that was focused on emerging artists. While supporting him at Songclip, I was also given an opportunity to manage an emerging NY artist, songwriter, and producer. This included managing his photo and video shoots, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, TikTok, YouTube), album release dates, concert schedules, and marketing/promotions. I also helped the artist ideate and refine his brand image and amplify visibility with his target audience to maximize engagement.

I landed this paid internship providing administrative and business development support to the co-founder and CEO of the company that owns Songclip.com, an all-in-one commercial music clip licensing and integration solution for consumer applications and platforms.I organized the CEO’s vast network of LinkedIn contacts and followers on an Excel spreadsheet; researched competitors and identified potential partners and investors; scheduled meetings, and helped prepare pitches/presentations to major media company executives. I also supported business development initiatives, which included reviewing and evaluating multiple iterations of the Gifnote music app to provide user feedback.
