Hi I’m Casey 🖐️ a Leadership and Career Coach, Mediator, Facilitator, Positive Psychology nerd and Army Officer. My first passion is to support individuals with their career direction through my work as @thesoulpathcoach Before stepping into my portfolio of 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 related roles I served around the world with the Army Air Corps for 10 years. Whilst the appeal to navigate the skies appeared fun, I quickly realised that my curiosity lies in the rich, complex landscape of human psychology. Opting out of military aviation training to work closely with people has allowed me to focus on understanding high performance (and plant my feet firmly on terra firma). Specialising in Coaching, Leadership, Teamwork and Conflict Resolution offers continuous inimitable experiences because every individual, partnership and team are so unique.I value variety which allows me to bring fresh insights to different industries across my professional portfolio. I work in a diversity of complementary roles and across a variety of sectors including the financial sector, NHS, British military, manufacturing, retail and the rural community.I have a ‘wellbeing first’ philosophy believing that people make better decisions and take bolder action when their wellbeing tank is full.
