QA Analyst:*Developing and executing test cases for all test types (ie. Functional, Regression, Integration).*Defect Management – identify, log, and track defects throughout projects.*Understanding project requirements and leading the inspection process for Project Confirmation, System Requirements, and Functional specifications.*Establishing and maintaining Test Data and Test Environments for each project.*Training new employees in the POS area including updating reference documentation.QA Lead:*Leading and coordinating onsite POS consultant team.*Preparing documentation including QA estimates, QA Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Status reports, documentation and tasks for QA Audits, and updates to Management.*Communicating effectively with the various teams within Kohl’s, IT and otherwise, for project specific testing needs.*Testing new builds (features and functionality) in the Production environment to ensure a smooth project release as well as providing production support after POS projects are released into Production.*Providing support for Marketing team – testing offers prior to their release into Production.
