Joined the Recruiting/ Human Resources world in 2007 and enjoyed growing and learning my knowledge throughout my time in this role. Began as an executive assistant then quickly moved into the Recruiter/ HR Leader for this same company. It was one of the most rewarding fields as I played an intricate role in helping others grow their own careers while growing my own. Working with new hires, bench planning, instructing orientation and classes was professionally joyful for me as well as building relationships and connecting employees with career goals and helping them to achieve these goals. I then decided to step back as I had my first child and build a business from home and found great passion in being an entrepreneur through personal growth and helping others to become successful. Serving as a leader for this company on their advisory board and product selection panel was very rewarding and allowed me to teach and build others knowledge based on my experiences in the field for 4 years. It was a blessing, but I had to part ways after unfortunate changes were made in the ownership. Now I am back in Human Resources Management with DQ of Tyler and I am so excited to join with this exciting brand/ company. I mean..... who doesn’t love blizzards?
