In addition to my responsibilities as an executive, I also serve as the social media department head directly managing a team of four full-time professionals and indirectly overseeing the work of various internal and external collaborators on social media projects. - Delivered 10x revenue growth in social media over five years. - Built, trained and maintained a team of strong social media professionals from scratch. - Transformed social media into a service offering that attracts new clients and grows business with existing clients. - Led collaborative internal teams that developed and refined the agency’s social media process and content marketing process. - Partnered with software providers and social media platforms to build a tech stack that empowers our social media and account teams to deliver higher-quality work.

I provide oversight for all client social media efforts, including discovery, insight, strategy, execution and management. My responsibilities also include keeping the agency informed of how social media and content marketing practices are evolving, and what that means for the agency’s approach to content strategy, execution, process, tools, staffing, etc. I collaborate with staff from other departments who are involved in the strategic planning and execution of social media and content marketing programs to ensure success for our clients.
