My career in residential solar started about 10 years ago in Long Island, New York. Since then, I have worn many hats to say the least. Many of us know the value of starting in the field. I climbed over 2,000 roofs performing site assessments and working on install teams. Motivation and curiosity led me to ask a lot of questions, self educate, and learn from those who came before me. This is what earned me my first promotion. I became a regional manager for 4 offices in the greater NYC region. We set production records while raising the bar for all our KPI's. Before long, drive and ambition led me into a sales role. The fun kind; door to door sales. And in San Diego, my career lurched forward when I joined Baker Home Energy. My current role is complex. It's a sales and engineering role. I have the technical expertise to help homeowners expand their current system with more solar panels, energy storage systems, or new service. I thrive off challenges. My customers often say thank you to me for making things simple to understand as I help save them money and the environment. But I really appreciate the collaboration within the office, helping others learn the industry, getting more projects across the finish line, and seeing the industry evolve.I am proud to be in the role that I am and look forward to evolving with clean energy!
