I am a relationship focused business professional with 10 years experience in account management and sales with a focus on SaaS. I emphasize the interpersonal components of account management and the direct correlation between client relationships and retention as a fundamental key to business success. At Engage by Cell I have the privilege of getting to work on a daily basis with a wide array of clients and partners from small non-profits to Fortune 500 companies on a daily basis. This range has provided me a valuable skill set to feel comfortable explaining complex software processes to all levels of users, helping organizations find an ROI on their services, and building the relationship far beyond the sale.In previous roles, prior to Engage by Cell, I provided account management on a team selling corporate training to some of the largest companies in the Bay Area and beyond at Learn iT! Following that, I as Customer Success Manager for a small business SaaS for PawLoyalty which helped disrupt a growing industry. Customer Success has become my professional passion and I truly enjoy being the client advocate and the bridge between them and our software.Outside of work life I enjoy trying new recipes in the kitchen with my wife as my taste-tester or taking our dog Duncan on one of his many daily walks. And most recently learning to navigate the terrain as a new parent to our beautiful son.
