With managing partners Greg Voss and Michael Stone, Frontera Commercial Construction was formed in 2021 to oversee the construction management of Frontera Capital Partners' real estate holdings, including Round Mountain Reserve. Frontera Construction is a commercial General Contractor that specializes in land development, retail, food service and industrial construction throughout Texas, Arizona and Utah.

On New Year’s Day, 2017, co-founder Michael Stone and I put together a 1-page business plan that would become the vision for Round Mountain Reserve. Together, with contributions from a diverse and talented group of architects, engineers and consultants, Round Mountain Reserve has become a premier residential community offering a limited number of 6-14 acre homesites. Through creative land planning, we set out to preserve the things we love about the Texas Hill Country. Conservation, wildlife management, thoughtful design guidelines and restrictions, and initiatives that protect the night sky are central to our ethos.

I provide direct support to the company and transparency to investors in the area of Investor Relations. In this role, I serve as Frontera Capital’s information liaison to the investor community, while working as an advisor and resource to the senior management team. My responsibilities include establishing and expanding the company's relationships with sell-side and buy-side investment analysts and investors worldwide. I also provide input on the company's financial reporting activities, investor reporting, and administration.

Red Fox Holdings LLC is a holding company created to consolidate wealth management, asset management, and real estate development activities. Working for family members and accredited investors, I have led the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential real estate assets and operating companies. As founder, my role includes serving as a manager, officer and trustee for over a dozen privately held companies and trusts.

In the role of Team Leader, I led a multi-cultural team that coordinated organizational and development plans with various NGOs in Southwest China. Working through cultural negotiations, we successfully helped international non-profit organizations have a deeper and broader impact on communities in need.

As a Financial Professional and Retirement Planning Specialist, I consulted with individuals and families to define their retirement goals and develop a retirement plan that was personal, thoughtful and customized for their unique situation. My ability to gain rapport and trust allowed me to enter into sensitive financial discussions with clients. I translated the complex world of tax planning, estate management, and retirement strategies into clear, reachable goals. Through partnerships with local attorneys and tax advisors, I developed a turn-key solution for small business owners. This solution increased net profit and cash flow through tax-savings, by incorporating advanced business restructuring strategies into the financial planning model.
