Casey McLoed is a talented & seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as brokerage management, compliance, ethics, contractual issues, dispute resolution, risk management, public policy, legislative and regulatory affairs. Casey has a strong understanding of the various real estate markets throughout California.Currently, Casey serves as the National Director of Compliance and the Managing Broker of California at Side, which he joined in mid 2017 to assist in the company’s expansion efforts while also providing managerial support & guidance regarding the complex regulations of the real estate industry. He also serves in leadership capacities with the California Association of Realtors (CAR), where he serves as the 2024 CA Realtor Party Director and previously  as the 2020 Region 3 Chair. He has also sat on the Executive Committee of the El Dorado County Association of Realtors (EDCAR) & was the President of the Association in 2017. Casey also serves at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as a RPAC Fundraising Trustee and has served on multiple other RPAC committees on the national level.Prior to joining Side, Casey served as the Sales Manager of two top performing real estate offices for one of the largest companies in the Sacramento region. Under his guidance, both offices continually improved in sales volume and per agent productivity during his five years with the company. At CAR, Casey has served as a Regional Representative to the Standard Forms Advisory Committee & Housing Affordability Fund, has spent several years serving on multiple committees including Transaction & Regulatory, Legislative, Federal, Membership & the Realtor Party of California  (formerly Realtor Action Fund Committee). At the local board level, Casey has sat on the executive committee for several years, served as a Director & spent several years chairing the Young Professionals Network & serving on the Professional Standards Committee. Casey also serves on the boards Top Achievers Club & is a life member. Casey was also previously recognized with a Special Presidents Award for his involvement with EDCAR.
