• Assists in purchasing, merchandising, and managing product distribution to 6 retail locations, our main store, and e-commerce. • Constantly reviewing sales trends and reordering key products.• Photographing, writing descriptions, uploading and updating our e-commerce site.• Marketing: email, social media and in-store. • Build, maintain, and grow ToothofTimeTraders.com e-commerce site with product assortment and marketing.• Training and manage 50 seasonal store employees• Work with BSA licensing and licensed vendors to increase product assortment, develop Philmont exclusive items.• Maintain 12,000+ sku’s in our retail system with correct vendors, style codes, descriptions, costs and retail price.• Manage payments and resolve discrepancies of retail invoices.
