As the Range Master at Lynchburg Arms I oversee the daily operation of the shooting range in all aspects. I supervise a small staff of two to three Range Safety Officers (RSO) as well as service all customer needs related to point of sale and lane assignment within the shooting range. This is routinely a fast-paced environment that requires quick decision-making based on accurate and real time information on the status of the range and shooters within. To maximize efficiency and customer experience I created and maintain a daily "lane log" that tracks who is where and for how long.
