That maintained 100% communication readiness over HF, VHF, UHF and SHF frequency systems.• Performed over 500 hours training to 117 personnel covering 5 different qualifications.• Created 8 circuit diagrams, complete antenna layout for the ship and 5 new operations procedures to maintain a high level of training while maintaining 100 percent safety compliance
