To efficiently incorporate proper processes and procedures to meet compliance guidelines, we must consistently and effectively communicate with site leaders on how to implement and promote programs and activities to drive progressive evidence-based data measurements. Part of my role here is also to gather state and federal updates to Every Student Succeeds Act and train employees on how to manage assigned school sites’ use of categorical funds. Audits (federal/state reviews) that I have coordinated several times include Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) and Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Co (VTD) Audit. A large part of my role here is to collaborate with internal and external partners on how to most effectively educate the district on state mandated updates to policy and discuss how we can prepare programs to increase organization-wide performance while remaining in compliance.
