Also created stronger controls around employee spend and earned a rebate from purchasing card provider.Responsible for customer payments: timely deposits, automated application to appropriate account through lockbox provider and prompt investigation of missing payments (in order to best service customer). Partnered with Billing and Legal organizations to provide customers a variety of ways to pay, make bill easy to understand and meet regulatory requirements.
