Director of the $8M Controls Division for an industrial and agricultural integrator of motors, pumps, and controls. Led the controls division that designed and manufactured standard and custom controls for complex industrial and agricultural applications. Created and managed budgets, staff, and capital projects reporting and presenting directly to the CEO and COO. Responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of the Controls division including engineering, manufacturing, technical support, and vendor negotiations. •Created a centralized interface to the company’s proprietary database that allowed the controls group to manage the full production cycle of our products. This included tracking sales, inventory levels, triggered purchases, tracked engineering progress, and production status.•Created, presented, and negotiated with C-Level management on budgets and capital requests. Created new customized financial reports to monitor and track performance against our annual budget. •Negotiated with suppliers for volume-based pricing.
