I blend the rigor of behavioral science with the art of human-centered design to develop and scale impactful programs, products, and services for the prevention and management of chronic disease. My mission is to enable and empower everyday people to make sustainable changes to their behavior, take control of their health, and become the heroes of their stories.Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading multi-disciplinary teams in the development of award-winning behavior change apps, disease management programs, and large-scale behavioral interventions at leading organizations such as Stanford Medicine, Apple, and Anthem, Inc. Most recently, as the Senior Vice President of Behavioral Science and Product at Fresh Tri, I spearheaded the design of a neuroscience-based disease management app and a clinician-facing dashboard, helping hundreds of thousands of people achieve clinically significant improvements in their health and quality of life.My leadership style emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and humility.
