In my career, I’ve had the opportunity of working with a wide variety of customers in both retail and enterprise client accounts. In that time, I discovered that the key to success is understanding and establishing an authentic relationship where I am accountable to my customers and they know that I stand behind what I say. When working with any customer, the key to success is taking the time to listen to what they need, knowing their pain points, and recognizing that I have the opportunity to help them overcome the challenges that they face. No one solution solves every problem, and by listening carefully to my customers I can understand and identify those unique challenges. By drawing upon a wide range of skills of the organization that I represent, I can find and deliver those solutions to them. In addition, my multicultural background allows me to understand the strength that comes from the diversity of ideas, culture, and language. With this diversity, I can bring a unique perspective that helps me acknowledge and identify the strengths that each one of us have. One of those strengths that I draw upon is my passion for helping and mentoring. As a tutor helping young students make the advancement to the next grade, I take great satisfaction in helping people overcome the challenges they face so that they can achieve their own aspirational goals.
