I provided administrative support in the College of Arts and Sciences at the Tulsa campus of the University of Oklahoma. My duties included faculty and staff support, purchasing, monthly budget reconciliation, assisting with College events (scheduling venue, ordering catering, setting up and taking down, etc.), student internship documentation, and various related responsibilities.

I was responsible for assisting prospective students in the application and enrollment process into Associate, Bachelor, and Master degree programs, both on campus and online. I also assisted in the financial aid application process. I contacted numerous prospective students daily by phone and email. After a student was enrolled into their degree program of choice, I assisted them in getting prepared with new student workshops, orientations, and provided student support through the first several weeks of their first class.
