Chronic Advocacy was established to provide education about self-advocacy techniques to individuals with chronic conditions. Through workshops, small group facilitation, and one-on-one consultation, participants are guided through the SPEAK model of self-advocacy and are provided with tools, activities, and real examples of putting theory into practice.
