I am a hard working individual who excels at relationship building and innovative thinking. I achieve success when I am challenged and can problem solve using critical thinking skills. My priority as a therapist is to work alongside individuals to gain skills for mental wellness. Creativity and compassion are essential for what I do. It is incredibly important for me to continue to grow and learn to be informed about current issues we face with diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am highly skilled in Counseling theory and practice including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Suicide Prevention, Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction. I have worked with a variety of clients over the course of 15 years.I have the absolute best co-worker in my little dog, Gigi. She is in charge of the break schedule and mindfulness activities. Living in Colorado, I enjoy the adventures of getting lost in the mountains, basking in the 300+ days a year of sunshine, and whitewater paddle boarding.
