Current• High performing Client Success Manager with proven track record of delivering value directly tied to growth and retention• Responsible for managing between 65 clients from 40K-160K• Partner with clients to support their performance within four key priorities (optimizing efficiency and performance, empowering businesses through data, controlling spend and maximizing profitability, & spurring sustainable growth)• Storyteller-ability to create a beginning, middle, and end as a way of building deep, lasting trust with clients • Work cross functionally with dedicated sales partners, implementation, and client success consultant teams to ensure clients success across lifecycle with Concur• Completed extra projects including: o Developing and launching new content for client presentations based on four key priorities (optimizing efficiency and performance, empowering businesses through data, controlling spend and maximizing profitability, & spurring sustainable growth) o Performing in client facing video series & webinars o Presenting to all colleagues on opportunity generation panel o Deliver training to new colleagues as part of their onboarding program (classes include reviewing a client call together and utilizing Tableau to drive client success via real time data) o Developed territory planning dashboard metrics to embed into CRM, Gainsight• Serve as a mentor to several colleagues in both career and onboarding capacities, mentorships typically range from six months to a year plus• Use data analytics tools daily to track personal and team progress• Proficient in technology platforms including Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, Outlook, Teams, Smartsheet• Regularly partner across SAP Concur to bring knowledge to Client Success (examples include learning about third party partners and partnering with marketing to elevate knowledge and drive success for all of Client Success)
