This position is very much the same description as my DEN3 Experience only a much bigger scale. I relocated to this fulfillment center to launch from the ground up. Spent the first few months trouble shooting and problem solving new building launch issues in order to run the first shift to hit 100k units of volume as well as 200k. Created and maintained new relationships with on site leaders as well as our Central Flow location.

I maintained contact with a Central Flow location for Amazon to keep them updated on what we were seeing real time on the floor and requested adjustments to meet demands. It was my job to make sure each and every guest had all they needed to make the most of their stay with us. During day time hours this ranged from check ins and tours to extra towels and tickets to local events. Evenings were saved for help with proposals and special celebrations and maybe most importantly weddings and elopements. Then after all the excitement it was time for audits and reconciling cash drawers and reservations for next day guests. I took pride in knowing all our repeat guests and treating every guest with respect and gratitude to ensure they would enjoy their stay and join us on their next trip to the lovely Florida Keys.

I performed duties at the ticket counter resolving customer complaints and interruptions of travel. Assisted with lost and damaged luggage claims. Conducted cleanings of aircrafts that remained over night and inspected to ensure safety and TSA regulations were met. I stood as the Ground Security Coordinator and worked closely with local TSA and airport security on any matters that required my attention.
