I met my client in late 2022 and began working with them in January 2023. Although my initial task was to help them organize their home by removing excess clutter and handling paperwork, my responsibilities evolved. Not only do I help organize and optimize my client's living space to ensure ease of navigation and accessibility, but I also safely transport them to and from various locations of interest, promoting their independence and social engagement. I have the opportunity to provide companionship and emotional support to engage my client, foster goodwill, and help them feel connected. My current role requires me to adapt and creatively problem-solve to accommodate my client's preferences and input to ensure their home is personalized and comfortable. It has been a rewarding experience so far to support an elderly member of society in their daily living by providing companionship, flexible assistance, and a willing ear to listen to a multitude of stories and lessons that can only be learned from a lifetime of experience.

I had the incredible opportunity to join the Kappa Sigma Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi in October 2022 and I am very grateful for the relationships and bonds forged along with the professional and academic experience and support being a part of the fraternity afforded. Being a brother in Delta Sigma Pi means that we stand by our convictions to be kind, empathetic, and ethical. Being a brother means that we use our knowledge, influence, and experience to shape the world into a better place. My goal as a brother in Delta Sigma Pi is to reach out to others in the business community who are looking for those who are open-minded, future-oriented, and passionate about business’ ability to shape the world. As I grow in the fraternity, I hope to give other brothers the opportunity and support to grow as business professionals and well-rounded people.

Through the Salesforce Student Learning Program, I collaborated with a team to create a product demonstration for a panel of Salesforce's Solution Engineers. The process included conducting an informational interview to understand the customer's needs, feedback sessions while developing our storyline and demo situation within a developer version of Salesforce, and learning about Salesforce's many features and educational resources.Especially as a Kelley School of Business student, I felt equipped with knowledge and experience that will enhance my performance in I-Core, the capstone project of the curriculum, where a team of students will work directly with a business and present a solution or strategy that will help them achieve their goals.
