CurrentMeticulously combs through client-provided screeners to understand the client's needs for each market research study. Analyzes the content of the focus group, the quotas needed to complete the project, and catches any errors or inconsistencies to ensure a smooth recruiting process. Reports any issues to Project Manager to bring to client's attention.Screens potential participants to determine if they are a qualified fit for each study based on the quotas needed by the client. Calls the participants to confirm their eligibility for the study and schedules them for each focus group. Enters all participant information into an Excel grid in preparation for client review. Updates all participant data into Excel sheets as information changes, cancellations are made, and replacements are found. Coordinates with the Project Manager to discuss any client feedback or changes to a study, determine if there are any quotas that are lacking, or if there are any issues arising during the recruiting process. Comes up with a solution with the Project Manager to ensure each focus group is recruited on time.Meets deadlines and exceeds clients' expectations with the quality and care put into each recruit. Assists with taking on other responsibilities or helping with others with recruits when needed, jumping into unfamiliar projects and quickly learning their requirements while still managing currently assigned projects. Checks in and cashes out in-person focus group participants; sets up, breaks down, and restocks client rooms for visiting clients. Assists visiting clients by taking care of their needs, informing management of any issues, running errands, or assisting with any special requests.
