I worked as the Marketing Specialist at Investors Home Mortgage, a position I created while I was an assistant by doing the job on the side or after hours until I was eventually offered the position full time. As the only person in my department in a brand new role, I had the opportunity to learn a lot about marketing across many mediums and the freedom to.

While working at IHM, I was also member of the Puorro Home Loan Team as their Marketing Specialist & Social Media Admin. I liked to think of the team as it's own personal company within Investors Home Mortgage. It was my job to promote the team's personal brand. Through managing their website and social media accounts, constructing email and print.

After taking a 16 hour course on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan guidelines, I worked for a Senior Loan Officer as a Loan Officer Assistant. My primary job was taking loan applications and preparing loan disclosures for borrowers. I aided in credit analysis and re-scoring customers who had less than perfect reports and I learned how to do an amortization.

Worked in Post Closing Department where I assisted the head of Operations and Human Resources by sequencing loan paperwork, following up on missing documents, and organizing archived files.
