-Partners with Amcor Customer Service, Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Customers (and their graphics agencies and/or customers) and Amcor Graphics personnel to clearly and accurately collaborate on Graphics Orders for internal or external graphics development.-Communicates by phone, in person, e-mail, and voice-mail with all involved parties to facilitate satisfaction of all needs and expectations; including Amcor Graphics timing, product offerings, quality, and pricing.-Proactively maintains WIP report, keeps detailed records and any changes to orders that are in progress. Any changes that affect billing, schedule or specification are to be communicated back to both internal and external customers in writing as soon as possible-where appropriate.-Establishes and updates graphics price estimates/quotes for customers.-Coordinates with the customer and communicates schedule milestones that are achievable based on the design and Amcor Graphics capacity. Prepares and maintains customer schedules as required for the assigned accounts.-Collects and maintains information needed on the “Customer Brand Master Specification” document for each assigned customer. Responsible for ensuring the Brand Master database is updated as changes take place.-Facilitates all Pre & Post Production meetings for assigned accounts in coordination with Facility Graphic Administrator.-Communicates customer spot and brand color intent to Facility Graphic Administrator and submits to customer for approval, as needed.-Completes a quality review on products prior to their shipment to customers to verify customer expectations.-Closes all orders at project completion to initiate the invoicing process.Attends all new press approvals where customer visits are required to facilitate an acceptable proof to press match; these may occur during non-business hours.
