BYU Marketing Lab is a market research consulting company within the BYU Marriott School. As VP of Analytics, I lead a team of undergraduates and MBAs in designing and analyzing customer research data and providing insights to companies. I also lead our internal development processes, creating automations for our work using R and Python.

At USAA as an experience owner intern, I developed 2 customer centric payment innovations to improve member experience, and championed a business case for these recommendations to be accepted and prioritized for implementation. As a part of my recommendations, I identified key process improvements that would both improve member experience and potentially save over $1m in costs.

As a Senior Marketing Consultant I worked with around 30 clients at a time accounting for 360k in annual revenue. I was recognized for having high client retention rates and increasing ROI, which I achieved through an understanding of client businesses and effective implementation of creative strategy. I also received 3 awards for developing and presenting on innovative strategy. Most of all I loved helping my clients to grow.

As a Marketing Strategist I was able to generate 3-5x ROIs for clients by designing and executing on cross platform digital marketing strategies. I was task with saving a book of 8 red status clients and prevented 6 from cancelling (over $70k annual revenue) by taking over responsibility for strategy design. I was also able to present trainings to new marketing consultants on effective processes for time and relationship management.
