Lead, consult, and engineer networking needs for Aerospace Corporation employees for the entire central region. • Revitalized a dead product the County had licensed. Desktop Authority is an Enterprise Endpoint System that was not being utilized properly by Pueblo County on my hire date. Took initiative and rebuilt the product and found ways to use it, in order to make day to day operations more secure, streamlined and consistent. • Led charge on update of 1000 laptops for a detrimental software update for NetMotion, a secure remote tunneling software, for the Pueblo County Sheriff’s office. Led team and developed plan to update all laptops using Group Policy with a 24 hr turnaround from inception to conclusion.• Researched, assessed, deployed, and observed network assets to keep systems up to date with necessary security patches and software upgrades from inception to execution on 1300 computer systems across a WAN• Identified a client system NIC issue that caused broadcast storms that crippled core services for 4 critical departments to the counties infrastructure, to include the Health Department and Police Investigations unit.
