• Lead Talent Center of Excellence including:o Corporate-wide Learning and Development Offerings o Leadership and Management Development Solutionso Succession Planning & Talent Reviews o Employee Engagement o Performance Managemento Executive and Leadership Coachingo Career Development and Onboarding Solutions o Employee Assessment (e.g. 360-degree and talent assessments)• Built, from the ground up, a learning and organizational effectiveness function whose maturity and program contributions rival or surpass much older organizations’ program maturity (e.g. assessment centers, executive/leadership coaching program, customized leadership development, significant employee engagement, strong open enrollment training participation and satisfaction, highly functioning team maturity, etc.)• Played a key leadership role in fostering employee engagement while scaling from 175 to over 4,000 employees that, when measured every 6 months for the past four years, has measured 80%+ engaged • Increased or maintain leader dashboard scores (now at 4.4/5) for numerous consecutive years, driving results on a per level/per role basis in targeted areas such as new hire managers, mid-level executives, etc.• Play a leadership role in diversity, equity, and inclusion talent strategies, including but not limited to training, talent review, performance management, and individual development planning• Leverage talent analytics to drive best-in-class, outcome-based solutions • Manage annual performance outcomes, work plans, and budgets for learning, OD and OE functions, as well as a blended team of 30+ FTEs and contractors• Drive organizational efficiencies, including economies of scale across business units, resource pools, and solutions, in order to gain cost savings as well as enhanced productivity• Champion our Talent Strategy, serving as a key leader and role model in promoting and enhancing Evolent’s unique culture and values, both domestically and internationally
