Implemented cohesive event calendar process for The Drink Waterfront Grill. Everything from taking reservations to event coordination which involved what information was taken, where it was recorded, follow-up process, and management.

I lead a team of up to 30 outside promoters. It was my task to organize the program, communicate with the promoters, monitor activity, set up compensation process, and hire or relive based on performance.
