As the Legal Director for Daniel Stark, I lead and manage the DS attorneys so that all of our clients are receiving the best legal care possible in their personal injury cases in order to keep our clients from getting screwed by big insurance. I review case plans, strategize, and hold attorneys and their teams accountable for their day-to-day case work. I coordinate attorney onboarding and training, lead "Big Case Reviews" and identify and distill teachings that arise from those reviews. I conduct post-trial de-briefings, and identify areas of improvement in individual attorneys and work with them to increase efficiency, fee production, domain knowledge, and the DS core processes. Additionally, I manage attorney inventory by reviewing catastrophic intakes, assigning new cases, monitoring attorney "pod" efficiency, and streamlining the disbursement of settled cases. In general, my role is focused on ensuring the success of DS attorneys.
