Responsible for learning strategy and implementation for large scale change management efforts affecting Field Advisors and the Home OfficeImplemented learner centric methodologies and output needs based on project scope, user personas and learning stylesCollaboratively building a newly formed Training and Implementation team, including recruiting efforts, team management, style guides and design principals, team norms, mission vision values Determine tools/technology for interactive, engaging design – introduction of digital overlay, digital authoring, infographics, videoManage learning strategy for platform rollout to 5,000 advisors, e.g. needs assessments, segmentation of user personas, prioritization of 50+ learning topics, blended learning needs including digital/in person/knowledge management, create learner journey maps, sustainability planning, metrics and reporting Stakeholder management including weekly governance meetings with senior stakeholders Design, development and facilitation of in-person events across regional conferences for 1,000+ participants Introduction of soft skills programs for advisors new to the investment space including empathy, EQ and difficult conversations
