Projects implementation for Supply Chain Planning

- Responsible for last mile Business Plan and Tactical & Operational Planning and Budgeting;- Responsible for Route to Market Strategy.

Tactical Supply Chain Project Specialist focused on identifying the best practices in the market and aligning them with the vision, mission and values of the company, developing and managing the projects to reduce the costs and increase the service level. - Supply Chain Planning Transformation: Specialist in the Transportation Manager System (TMS) – JDA and responsible for gap analysis, design, construction, implementation, KPI’s analysis and Go Live support for Mexico, Colombia and Centro America.

Responsible for projects focused on Six Sigma and Restriction Theory involving Distribution, Supply Chain, Commercial, Human Resources and Financial. - Distribution networks optimization project: Leading the project as PMO and managing Distribution, Warehouse, Transportation and Financial teams focused on costs reduction study by changing the lead time to deliver the products to the end customer maintaining the service level. Key achievements: using the financial analysis to confirm that the 24h model brings a better result for the company. - Demand Variability project: responsible for generating and analyzing the KPI’s of demand variability and defining the actions and processes to mitigate it working together with the Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Resource Human teams . Key achievements: 65% of reduction in the demand variability or twelve percentage points.

Responsible for Tactical Supply Chain project focused on the operational and tactical process alignment. - Tactical & Operational Plan: mapping, designing, constructing, implementing and standardizing the integration process among production, materials, distribution, transport and tactical planning for strategic definitions in medium and short term based on SAP APO (SNP) results. Key achievements: weekly and monthly meetings to review the production, material, distribution, transportation and tactical plan.

Responsible for projects in Distribution Models: - Fleet Director Plan: mapping, designing, constructing, implementing and standardizing the process of fleet management. Key achievements: create the fleet management department and the standardized the process in 5 States.

Responsible for the well-being and safety of everyone inside and outside the water.
