As a Scientist at NXP Semiconductors my main focus is on (ultra) low power design techniques and methodologies for mixed signal Integrated Circuits and reusable IP blocks. These techniques comprise, amongst others: a fully automated power switch generator and design flow including the integration in complex low power chips, a low power design flow from RTL to GDS2 supporting substrate biasing using the full strength of CPF, improved testability of power switches, power gating methods, and post silicon process tuning for low power operation.
