- Lead city’s efforts to reduce transportation sector emissions through community mode shift.- Manage a variety of transportation projects, develop municipal policies and programs, and produce powerful outreach and engagement content.- Oversee city’s complete streets efforts, including a design manual, multimodal projects, tactical urbanism, and sitting on Bike-Ped Committee and Vision Zero Advisory Panel.- Organize the City’s frequent sustainability communications and outreach events. - Manage a number of programs aimed at creating an equitable, accessible network of EV chargers citywide and electrify City fleet of 230 vehicles.

- Supported municipal transportation planning projects, including plangineering for the Park Ave Separated Bike Facility, three neighborhood byways, complete streets and road striping designs for numerous corridors, downtown wayfinding efforts, and ADA compliance. - Prepared and presented materials frequently for outreach and public meetings.- Completed data collection, field reconnaissance, and GIS documentation of city assets.

- Managed and developed two local area plans for small island developing state of Antigua.- Coordinated and facilitated public meetings and workshops for local area plans. - Advised interdepartmental committees on planning and transportation issues.- Led transit study that examined route efficiency and bus stop consolidation.

- Fostered partnerships on behalf of the U.S. Dept. of Energy to transition fleet vehicles to clean, alternative fuels and technologies.- Created numerous graphic and written materials to be used in promotion of VTCCC. - Planned and co-led events that promoted the use of alternatives to gas-powered vehicles.- Helped design a rollout plan for Burlington, Vermont’s first bikeshare - Greenride.

- Co-founded Sustainable Transportation Vermont - a blog/newsletter that promotes a more sustainable transportation system by telling and sharing stories.- Advocated to those making transportation decisions, from citizens to policy makers, to opt for solutions that favor non-motorized travel and transit. - Managed content for website and social media platforms.

- Inspected and documented conditions for paved/dirt roads throughout the county.- Collected data and prepared reports for turning movement counts, ATR traffic counts, bicycle and pedestrian counts and other traffic counts.- Provided extensive GIS digitization of assets and data analysis to the Commission.

- Supported the development of a tactical urbanism program for the City of Burlington.- Implemented a number of pilot and demonstration projects, including a major corridor project - the North Ave Pilot Project.
