I work with home owners who have short term rental properties that are run through Airbnb. I am uncharged of managing the listing page first generating it then keeping it updated. I am the main contact with guests as such I deal with all call about information, reservations, and customer service. Lastly I am responsible for dealing with any repairs or fixes that the property my need.this job requires me to:Be on call 24/7. I must be competent of local regulations. It also requires management, communication, and costumer service skills.

Worked as a Boat Technician for Mr. Wilson. My job entailed me to accomplish various install and repair jobs both on my own and as an assistant to Mr. Wilson. The jobs were all different we specialized in electronics such as sonar and radar install, as well as water maker installs. My job also entailed me to do much diagnostic and repair work for multiple differing systems. I assisted on multiple engine rebuilds. I was incharge of plumbing issues and general ship maintenance. I often worked alone and on larger jobs I would assist and learn from Mr. Wilson.This job required me to:Understand engine mechanics along with shop skills.Work with electronics and electrical systems.Have competency with repair and shop skills.Time management was key because I essentially work on my own schedule.

I had the pleasure of learning from Mr. Jones who was one of the most accomplished Deiseal Mechanics in San Marcos. I started as an apprentice learning the trade and my responsibilities included maintaining the shop and fetching equipment for the other technicians. I learned a great deal about hard work and diagnostics. Eventually I was a low level technician capable of accomplishing jobs on my own.
