I work with home owners who have short term rental properties that are run through Airbnb. I am uncharged of managing the listing page first generating it then keeping it updated. I am the main contact with guests as such I deal with all call about information, reservations, and customer service. Lastly I am responsible for dealing with any repairs or fixes that the property my need.this job requires me to:Be on call 24/7. I must be competent of local regulations. I started as an apprentice learning the trade and my responsibilities included maintaining the shop and fetching equipment for the other technicians.
