• Led organization's transition to new donate page and properly configured Soapbox-Stripe-Salesforce integrations. Edited page layout in Salesforce to accurately map customer data entered in Soapbox.
• Developed database management plan and documentation for new processes that would increase Salesforce use, implementation, and data accuracy and produce more efficient team processes.
• Built custom report types and assisted with reconfiguring former Gala Dashboard components with correct filters, row-level formulas, and both matrix and summary report grouping to produce accurate data.
• Performed data import, export, and cleanup using Data Import Wizard and Excel (xlookup and concat formulas). Performed monthly contact merging.
• Created campaigns in Salesforce and uploaded campaign member data using Mailchimp, Thankview, and prospecting research results.
