I was responsible for scheduling, organizing home care, customer acquisition and sales, handled all customer reviews, accounts receivable, product orders, and maintenance of the building in all three locations in Portland, Or, Albany, Or, and Boise, Id. I increased monthly sales by over $10K by up-selling existing customers, creating a marketing plan, and following up with current customers to get referral business.

Within three months, I had already been promoted to warehouse manager along with my position as data clerk. My responsibilities included inventory, purchase orders, customer relations, shipping and receiving products, enter all product into computer system, and updated all antiquated information

Originally hired on as a seasonal employee, I quickly asked to stay on as I exceeded work performance expectations. I helped with all stocking and customer care.

I handled multiple tables and roles at each location as well as provided customer service directly. I was quickly promoted in certain positions, because of my work ethic and ability to handle customers. I had received recognition for up-sells, and have worked with all areas of the restaurant to create a family atmosphere.

After three months of workings as a cashier I was contacted by the automotive manager because of my obsessive organizational skills. From there I quickly moved to Department Manager where I was responsible for inventory, set up of end caps and displays, analysis of product movement and determining sale items, and worked directly with customers regarding special orders. I was responsible for up to 16 other employees, scheduling, human resources, and training. I also helped other Department Managers regarding organization, and work efficiency. Proficient with Telzon ordering system, fork lift, and pallet jack.
