As a full stack web developer in the Data Analysis Office of “Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia” my role is to design and create methods and software solutions to monitor and evaluate the scientific production of the institute and its staff together with supporting research activities.

As a frontend web developer at Code d’Or, a well-known full-service web agency in Ghent, I collaborated closely with our design and backend teams to translate wireframes and visual designs into pixel-perfect, responsive & cross browser compatible code. My main task was to build responsive and accessible websites and web applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, jQuery and PHP while adhering to web standards and best practices.Sometimes I started earlier in the project process by creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to help the design and development process.During my period of working at Code d’Or I learned how to participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas, provide insights and innovative solutions for the project requirements. I collaborated with project managers to provide regular updates on the progress of the project, communicate about technical requirements and address any challenge or risk.

Upgraded the front-end code of the Sakai OAE project to work perfectly with the back-end written in JavaScript (Node.js) this in a Agile environment.

Creating and repairing computer systems, servers, printers and networks in-house or on location.
