Teaching computer classes that prepare students to pass the CCNA, CCNA Voice, A+ and Windows 2000 Professional certification exam. Conducting classes in Cisco CCNA, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 2000 Server, and configuration of Active Directory. Prepare lecture for the class using Power Point presentations. Provided instructional material and hands on experience to students striving to increase their knowledge in the IT field. Configured and designed the Network and Computer labs that are used by the students. Conducted lectures; created lesson plans, and labs. Designed, engineered, implemented and supported WAN infrastructure for wide range of AT&T customers.Implemented multiple complex solutions such as Multi Site, multi VPN, dual and single router solution. Created router configurations. Designed network’s using tools such as Visio and NC3 (proprietary tool). Engineered solutions that used the following technologies; Cisco 1700, 1800, 2600XM, 2800, 3700, 3800, 7200 routers bundled with a verity of network modules, ATM card, Voice card, DS3, T3, T1, IMA Access types, L3 Switches, L2 Switches. Supported clients with wide range of technologies and protocols. Recommended, scheduled, and performed network improvements, upgrades, and repairs. Presented training sessions to various teams on the use of AT&T proprietary tools and policies covering AT&T design procedures.
