I started at ATI as a rehab technician, and it was there I discovered my knack for healthcare admin and management. I worked as my clinic's admin lead before being promoted to help start up ATI's brand new Telemedicine division. There I was part of a team that was attempting something brand new to the company, and frequently revised and edited daily operations to better suot developing needs. My team oversaw a department growth of over 400% compared to the last fiscal year, and harbored a culture of communication and openess to change. This role and the one before it helped me to develop solid customer service, leadership, communication and operational analyzing skills. My pathos is to leave something better than you found it- an outdoor area, a team, a department- and these skills were paramount in helping me do that for the clinics and departments of ATI.
