“Gospel Literacy” is an adult literacy program which blends secular and religious education in a community-based setting. It is currently being developed and pilot tested in West Africa by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My accomplishments in this role are as follows: - Assisted in the creation and execution of a detailed strategic implementation plan to ensure the success of the program, navigating complex social and economic issues in the countries of Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Liberia- Collaborated with Production Services media teams to develop 42 experiential training videos and 5 volumes of curriculum materials, including teacher training manuals and leader implementation guides to help transition the program to a self-sustaining model that is replicable on a global scale- Tested 7 different implementation models and collected quantitative and qualitative data on results for strategic analysis- Collaborated with global leadership and executives to refine and adapt the implementation design of the literacy program- Provided 100+ hours of training to local community leaders and teachers to ensure the sustainability and quality of the program
