Current• Designed and produced over 15 interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize engine and component KPIs, enhancing data analysis and decision-making processes for multiple teams across the organization. Replicated existing Tableau reports in Power BI to assess transition feasibility and compatibility.• Automated bi-monthly PDF extraction with scripts, reducing process time from 12 employee-hours to 15 minutes, and developed ETL pipelines for 10+ key metrics using Alteryx, SQL, and Power Automate, significantly improving data management efficiency and providing actionable insights to shop managers in monthly meetings.• Monitored and automated data extraction processes using Alteryx to generate Tableau reports, creating workflows to distribute these reports to various stakeholders—including management—on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring timely delivery and driving data-driven decision-making and actionable insights across departments.• Collaborated with Delta TechOps stakeholders and Power BI users to understand requirements and ensure the successful replication of reports, leading to an informed decision-making process for potential migration from Tableau.• Partnered with the Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement department to engage in Operations Science courses, gaining practical insights into concepts such as throughput, touch time, and turnaround time to enhance departmental performance, streamline processes, and drive continuous business improvements.
