With a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations, I am committed to contributing to the success of lending institutions by ensuring prudent credit management.Key Responsibilities are:• Understanding of business model, financial statements, analysing various risks based on quantitative & qualitative information• Fundamental credit analysis, building of financial models and forecasts and writing of analytical reports of rated corporate entities. •Writing rating notes and making presentations before rating committees.• Doing plant visits and management meetings, interacting with clients for providing required information to carry out rating exercise.Maintaining portfolio of rated corporate issuers with the guidance of the Group Heads.•Preparation of quarterly review notes based on quarterly performance of the rated entities.•Keeping track of changes in the economy, various sectors and analysing the impact of the same on clients.•Preparing market & sector updates, sector newsletters. •Preparation of rating rationales and press releases, ongoing surveillance and rating recommendations.•Repeat analytical contact with rated entities’ senior management, and presentation of analytical findings of internal and external constituencies.•Working on capital structure and covenant analysis for a company and monitoring covenants compliances.•Assist in preparing annual reviews for corporate clients including support in drafting company/ issuer overviews, business description, industry overviews, corporate actions and in performing historical financial analysis and industry.•Conducting peer analysis within the same industry to get better understanding of the operational and financial performance of the company and its peers.Professional Achievements:1.
