As a Customer Service Engineer in ASM Technology Hong Kong Limited, I am mainly responsible for investigating and reviewing the machine defects and suggesting improvement actions to the product team. Most of the time, I have to perform installation and setup as well as repairing equipment at customer site. I have to provide training and technical support to overseas engineers. Also, making sure the smooth production is my duty, so I have to monitor all the machine performance, then do experiment on the new features, and report and summarize the feasibility. Apart from cooperating with the internal team, I need to coordinate with the customers.From my career, I am an independent person and fast learner with strong analytical skills since I have to accurately translate the customer requirements to technical requirements under a tight deadline. At the same time, I am a good team member and can keep a well relationship among the colleagues. I can provide some mechanical design improvement suggestions for the design part. I have solid experience of holding maintenance projects and installing machine, I can share the idea on how to prevent the defect in machine setup and design defect.
