• Responsible for the standards and quality of training regarding the ground handling process of aircrafts worldwide. The function consists of different roles including trainer, auditor and team leader. The main tasks.
• Developing, planning and providing training for various functions within ground operations regarding safety, security, load planning, ramp and aircraft handling;
• Support to stations regarding ground operations activities;
• Perform audits and monitor compliance with procedures and recovery of non-compliance issues;
• Participation in projects to establish industry certifications for quality and safety, integration of ground operation processes of Air France, KLM and Martinair and the implementation of new handling systems;
• Coordinating and coaching a team of Load Masters operating on special flights.

Schiphol

• Within Passenger Operations responsible for the standard and quality of training and the handling process for Passenger Handling activities worldwide. Besides coaching approximately 6 to 8 trainers, I also fulfilled.
• Developing, planning and providing training for various functions within Passenger Handling operation regarding safety, security, check-in, ticketing, customer service & hospitality and load planning;
• End management of operational manuals and ensuring availability of up-to-date procedures;
• Operational support to all stations regarding passenger handling activities;
• Perform audits and monitor compliance with procedures and recovery of non-compliance issues.

Schiphol

Responsible for all training activities within Passenger Handling. In addition responsible for the implementation of a new departure control system (DCS) worldwide.

Responsible for a safe and (cost) efficient execution of the passenger handling processes (departure, arrival and gate) at Schiphol Airport. In addition ensure service and quality KPI's are met. In addition to leading the operation, a group of approximately 10 leading staff members and 60 employees is managed and coached.
