For the analysis I explored different sources, through benchmarks at Idrica (Valencia), KIWA (Rijswijk) & Enexis (Den Bosch). Furthermore, I supported the research with secondary research. At La Place I worked to provide travelers with a nice eating experience. In this job I made sure to expand my skillsets as much as possible by being curious towards different aspects of the restaurant. Through this I made myself viable at different stations including the cash register, coffeemaking, pizza baking and handling the grill. By quickly adapting myself I was able to withstand the busy rush hours, when needed I also helped at other stations.

3T is a high-tech electronics and embedded systems company, they wanted to get a sight on their customer satisfaction. Together with colleague student I performed an extensive customer satisfaction research. In this research we contacted and interviewed multiple clients, through this we were able to give 3T an idea of points to improve, strengths and customer satisfaction. The research has successfully provided 3T with useful information to improve themselves even more.

Together with a group of colleague students we explored the possible causes of the problem. This was done through observations, interviews and data analysis. All in 040 provides multiple game experiences for their guests. I got to host these groups, explain the games and make sure that they have the best night possible. With this I got to improve my people skills and gain knowledge on how best to manage a big group of people. Furthermore, I learned how to manage escape room like games through answering questions and offering support where necessary. Not to forget, I was able to provide a good atmosphere for the guests.
